My almost 87 year old father’s central air was freezing up and shutting off. It was 84 degrees in his house yesterday. For the last 5 days he has been trying to get a hold of an air conditioning technician. He called one and They told him that they would come out the next day. Our AC was not working , especially during one of the hottest weeks this summer. Thank god I called M.P Vivo. Mike the serviceman was absolutely amazing , he made sure to get everything handled while i am pregnant , have a kid at home and animals. Our fan was not spinning and we needed freon. Our air went out due to a motor issue and our unit is so old they didn’t think they’d get the parts to fix it.. well a week later they got the parts needed and we were back to living in the AC! Quick and so kind! Will be calling again if needed in the future!!
